After wrapping up the shooting of his forthcoming venture Kites, Hrithik Roshan will begin shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s yet untitled next with Aishwarya Rai in coming 2009 summer. Hrithik we have learnt is super excited to do this not just because he will complete his hat-trick of working with Aish but because he has been genuinely floored by the script of the film and is eagerly looking forward to shooting for the film.

Hrithik simply can’t stop raving about Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the script that he written for his film and of course his role in it. This will be Hrithik’s first venture with the Black director. Hrithik has seen Bhansali’s earlier works and is keen to work with him. Bhansali is also looking forward to work with Hrithik as well. It is going to be a hat-trick for Bhansali as well as this will be his third venture with Aishwarya Rai after Devdas.

Bhansali was in Goa recently finalizing locales for the film. The film will be Bhansali’s directorial venture after Saawariya. Meanwhile Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next prodcution venture Chenab Gandhi is all set to go on floors in Mumbai very soon. Bhansali’s assistant Vibhu Puri will direct the film starring Amitabh Bachchan, Vidya Balan and Hurman S. Baweja.

Bhansali and his Black writer Bhavani Iyer have written the film. The plot revolves around three characters. It is learnt that Chenab Gandhi is inspired by the story of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, India’s freedom fighter who was known as the Frontier Gandhi. Bachchan will be playing the principle character in the film.

Oh my gosh, some of Bollywood’s most well known celebrities took some time out of their busy schedules and lives to support an important medical event! We are of course referring to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her in laws Jaya and Amitabh Bachchan who were attendants at the inauguration of India’s largest and most recently built world class hospitals.

The Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute (KDAH) is a massive feat that is going to help countless people that reside in the area. The private hospital has over one hundred outpatient departments, about a hundred and fifteen intensive care units, and seven hundred and thirty beds. These are incredibly staggering numbers, a doctor at the new hospital told sources “The KDAH will not only help save time for patients travelling from far flung places in the suburbs, but also enable quicker treatment without a waiting list as is prevalent in some of the other big hospitals.”

With the addition of a research facility and medical services available twenty four hours a day, it seems like a great addition for the community. We are especially glad to see that the Bachchans made it out for the event. We are sure their support was greatly appreciated by the hospitals doctors and staff, as Amitabh Bachchan responded to KDAH ”I chose to be treated in several hospitals of the city, even though I could have gone abroad. I think our doctors are equally competent and I find this hospital as one of the best in world.”

It is going to be a very busy year for Aishwarya Rai. She not only has Mani Ratnam’s gruelling Ravan with husband Abhishek Bachchan to complete, she also begins work on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next movie, with Hrithik Roshan, to be shot in Goa.

But before that she goes into filmmaker Vipul Shah’s next film with Akshay Kumar in the lead. Both Vipul and Akshay, who are co-producing the film, were very keen to get Aishwarya for what they describe as a genre-breaking drama.

Aishwarya has also signed up Excel Entertainment’s untitled thriller to be directed by Abhinay Deo, who is currently busy shooting his directorial debut Delhi Belly. For the film, Aishwarya will once again team up with hubby Abhishek.

Confirming the news, Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment said: “It would be a very stylish thriller to be shot entirely in Greece, Thailand, Istanbul and London.

“My director Abhinay Deo and I want a particular look for the film. We’re trying to get the DOP (director of photography) of the new Nike international commercial. If not, there’s Jason West who shot our Rock On!. He can capture that subtle sleek look which the subject demands. We want the film’s visual quality to be something never experienced by our audience.”

After Ravan and Sarkar Raj this will be Ash’s third film with Abhishek post marriage.

Producer-director Vipul Shah whose had four hits to his credit is now on a new high. The producer director has started working on his next venture titled Flash Forward with Akshay Kumar, Aishwarya Rai and Arjun Rampal in the lead. The director is on the look out for a young actor. He is now on the look out for a young actor. Vipul has a penchant to shoot his films on outdoor locales especially Punjab. But Unlike all other films this film will be shot in N.D. Studios with a start to finish schedule. The film is based on a play titled Action Reply. The film is being produced in association with Akshay Kumar’s banner Hari Om Production.

Meanwhile the producer-director is going on in full swing  with his forthcoming venture London Dreams at Chandigarh. The director is busy wrapping up the shoot with Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan and Asin in the lead and  has planned to release the film on August 14.

Incidentally Vipul Shah’s last release Singh Is King starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif was the biggest box office success. Vipul believes that the August month is favorable to him, especially the independence day. Hence he has set the date in advance for his on August 14.
